How much will the amount of VAT be?

ScalaGioielli purchases will be taxed with the VAT rate applied in the country where the purchase is made. It is not possible to make intra-community purchases on ScalaGioielli. Currently the standard VAT rate in Italy is 22%. .

Where do I enter my VAT number?

Where can I check the prices of the products?

The price of each product is shown in the dedicated product sheet.

Is it safe to use a credit card on the website?

Yes, the information will be transmitted in encrypted mode with an SSL protocol. For Visa and Mastercard payments, only Ces (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted.

After verifying that the credit card is accepted by the CES system, the system contacts the issuing bank in order to allow the buyer to make the purchase.

Once the bank confirms the authenticity of the card, it will be debited. Otherwise the order is canceled.

I did not receive the invoice together with the order

Why was my credit card rejected?

The credit card can be refused for one of the following reasons:

-the card may have expired. Verify that the credit card expiration date is valid;

- the card spending limit may have been reached. Check with the bank that the limit of the amount allowed to make purchases has not been exceeded;

- it is possible that the data entered are not correct. Verify that all data entered in the required fields are correct.

Can I have a receipt with the name of my company?

Yes. Just choose the company option between personal data and enter the required tax information.

What form of payment can I use to make the purchase?

AWe have the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club, American Express, JCB, Discover, Paypal.

What VAT rate will be charged ?

ScalaGioielli purchases will be taxed using the VAT rate applied in the country in which the purchase is made.

Shipment

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free.

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the chosen address (domicile or office).

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

Yes, the country of delivery may be different from the country of purchase.

Can I check the order status?

It is possible to check the status of the order at any time, using the link you receive at the time of shipping the order with the tracking code provided by the courier.

After how much time do I receive?

Delivery times depend on the availability of the product in stock.

For products in stock at the time of order, the shipment is taken over by the courier within 48 hours.

For products not in stock at the time of ordering the shipment is taken over by the courier within 7 working days.

Return or restitution

How can I return a product?

You can request a home collection. We will send you a courier to pick up the package within 7 working days. The items must be returned in the conditions of receipt and it will be necessary to present the respective receipt. We remind you that it is necessary to have received the goods before requesting a refund.

How will I receive a refund?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made the purchase

What should I do if the amount is not correct?

Contact our Customer Service at the  phone number +39 0823 1643718and we will solve the problem as soon as possible. ScalaGioielli reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated after the deadline or those items that do not present the conditions for receiving the product.

Do refunds include a payment or costs?

Returns and restitution are always free.

What is the deadline for returning an item?

IThe expiry date for refunds is 1 month starting from the sending confirmation e-mail.

This feature is an addition to your right to return the item within 14 days of receiving the order.

When will I receive the refund?

Once the return is approved (the items must be in perfect condition), you will receive an e-mail confirming that the amount will be paid into your account within a few days.

We remind you that the time for accreditation depends on your bank and not on ScalaGioielli.
